CheckedUp is an educational platform that delivers relevant health information to patients in need of care. Customized to specific practices, patients are informed about their procedure and given options to best suit their lifestyle. Consisting of a web app for at home use, an iPad app and kiosk for in-clinic use, as well as a CMS for simple integration and organization, CheckedUp is a complete patient to practice platform and educational tool. I was the Lead Designer responsible for crafting the product experience, creating all of the educational content, and implementing the product within local clinics.
